About the Role:


This exciting opportunity for a Process/Chemical Engineer is based in the United Kingdom.


Your Key Responsibilities:



  • Support operations in monitoring control parameters to identify trends in chemical processes.
  • Lead problem-solving activities on technical opportunities relating to chemical processes.
  • Develop and implement continuous improvement solutions in both processes and systems.
  • Lead and engage with multi-disciplined groups at all levels of the organisation.
  • Lead a team to deliver production, quality and safety challenges.

About You:


As a successful candidate, you will bring the following to the team:



  • An Engineering Degree (minimum 2:1).
  • Preferred experience of working in a chemical and/or processing environment, keeping the environment and safety of people in mind.
  • A strategic mindset with the ability to keep the big picture in focus and make engineering decisions based on a good understanding of the technical detail.
  • Leadership skills to take a team forward and collaborate with various stakeholders to deliver tasks successfully.
  • The ability to develop self and the team to enable beneficial skills, knowledge and behaviours. The ability to provide and receive feedback to provide focus and results.
  • Strong analytical and logical skills to enable creativity and innovation when designing and implementing ideas.
