Job Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Data Analytics Team Lead to join our team at The Engineer. The successful candidate will lead a team of analysts to deliver data analysis and visualisation projects, ensuring they meet our high standards of technical excellence.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, excellent leadership skills, and experience working in Agile Scrum teams. They will also have advanced knowledge of Tableau and Alteryx toolsets and be able to manage relationships with senior stakeholders.

The estimated salary for this role is £55,000 - £61,000 per annum, depending on experience and location.

About the Role
  1. Lead a team of 5-8 Analysts to deliver data analysis and visualisation projects to time, quality, and cost
  2. Ensure that the work of your team is conducted according to our project and technical processes, and meets our standards of technical excellence
  3. Collaborate with colleagues from across the wider D&A team to ensure effective end-to-end delivery
About You
  • Advanced knowledge of Tableau and Alteryx toolsets (desirable) or other similar analytics toolsets
  • Degree in a numerate subject, or equivalent experience
