Data Analysis Lead

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analysis Lead to join our Shared Services Data & Analytics Hub. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing data and analytics products that drive business insights and inform key decisions.

You will lead the planning and delivery of work packages, ensuring that your work meets our standards of technical excellence. Your expertise in analytics tools such as Tableau and Alteryx will enable you to develop dashboards, reports, and analyses that meet stakeholder needs.

With a strong track record of taking a lead in planning and delivering data and analytics work packages, you will coach and support other team members, sharing your knowledge and expertise to drive success.

About You:
  • Advanced knowledge of analytics tools such as Tableau and Alteryx (or similar toolsets)
  • Track record of leading planning and delivery of data and analytics work packages
  • Analytical mindset with an inquisitive and methodical approach
  • Excellent communication and coaching skills
  • Degree in a numerate subject or equivalent experience
