Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Mechanical Engineering Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in engineering discipline, leadership experience, and excellent communication skills.

  • Main Responsibilities:
    • Innovate and deliver engineering processes, technology, people, and culture.
    • Co-design and deliver product development solutions with software vendor partners and internal stakeholders.
    • Lead business change and communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
    • Liaise with international and UK partners.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • Key Requirements:
    • Analyse information and apply engineering judgement to solve problems.
    • Proven experience in an Engineering Discipline role.
    • Experience leading small teams.
    • Knowledge of product lifecycle stages and development processes.
    • Familiarity with Flowmaster (Siemens) and Team Centre Unified software.

Salary

The estimated salary for this role is around £58,000, offering a competitive compensation package.
