The Role:

We are seeking a skilled Waiter to join our front of house team. As a Waiter, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, taking orders, and ensuring that our high standards of quality and cleanliness are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure a friendly, efficient, and courteous service is provided at all times
  • Maximize sales opportunities and promote our menu offerings
  • Work effectively as part of a team to maintain a clean and safe environment
  • Develop a good working relationship with colleagues and other departments
  • Have a good knowledge of our menu and be able to make recommendations

Requirements:

  • At least one year of experience in hospitality
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
