The Role

As the Assistant Manager , you'll work closely with the General Manager, supporting the day-to-day operations and helping maintain a high standard of service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the General Manager with daily operational tasks
  • Verify and manage employee schedules for efficient service
  • Foster close communication with customers and staff to drive the business forward
  • Maintain daily service reports to track performance and service quality
  • Assist with staff issues, ensuring a positive team environment
