Selfridges Christmas Seasonal Role


We are seeking a Festive Sales and Service Expert to join our team during the holiday season. As a key member of our sales floor, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Work as part of a team to create a memorable customer experience by building rapport, sharing product knowledge, and catering to customer needs
  • Conduct sales, refunds, and exchanges, helping customers find alternative products if necessary or offering online services
  • Maintain high retail standards, including selling and replenishing stock, organizing rails, and hosting
  • Be open to customer feedback and use it constructively to raise the bar for service, sales, and retail standards
  • Manage and oversee stock in your department, from unpacking deliveries to completing audits and maintaining the stock room
  • Adapt to daily challenges, working on different departments and taking service excellence and a collaborative spirit with you
  • Stay ahead of the latest trends by expanding your knowledge of products and competitors
  • Follow health, safety, and security procedures, preventing stock loss

Salary: Estimated £18,000 - £22,000 per annum, depending on location and experience
