Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome our customers and provide excellent service during their visit.
  • Manage till and queue efficiently, processing transactions, refunds, and exchanges.
  • Learn about our range of products, including how we sell, grow cocoa, and manufacture our products.
  • Run tasting sessions and demonstrations of products.
  • Support the team with deliveries and stock management, maintaining a safe and tidy delivery area.
  • In stores with a café area, prepare hot and cold drinks, ice creams, and snacks according to our guidelines.
