About the Role
We are seeking experienced Registered Nurses to join our Emergency Department team at Bedfordshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your clinical and leadership skills in a fast-paced and forward-thinking environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess patient care needs and develop and implement programmes of patient care.
- Ensure a high standard of nursing care is performed at all times and assist in the review and regular update of these standards.
- Recognise and respond appropriately to changes in the patient's condition and safety.
