Brand Engagement Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Client Director/Senior Account Executive to join our team in Peterborough, serving clients throughout East Anglia and the Midlands. This is a hybrid role, offering the flexibility to work both virtually and from the office.
The primary responsibility of this role is to take on the role of Client Director for a portfolio of clients, identifying their risk needs and utilizing the best of our wider offering to design, deliver, and handle their insurance needs.
What the Day Will Look LikeAs a Client Director, you will interact with Mid-Market companies, providing them with a local relationship with their broker, who can offer a tailored approach. Our clients typically require bespoke insurance programs and associated risk management and risk transfer services.
You will be responsible for working in accordance with our Risk Management Framework and compliance with our policies, including participation in the management of risks that may adversely affect the business, interests, or reputation of any Group Company.

- Proven client relationship experience in the insurance industry, with experience in the core lines of commercial risks is crucial.
- Experience dealing with Mid-market commercial and corporate insurance risks is desirable.
- Commercial understanding of business, including market forces, business drivers, market dynamics, competitors, and risks.
