We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Conveyancing Administrator to join our team at CV-Library. As a key member of our Residential Conveyancing Team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support to our clients and colleagues.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide efficient and well-organized administration services to new clients, including opening new files and producing standard letters and documents.
  • Utilize a case management system to enter client data and maintain accurate records.
  • Ensure compliance with the firm's money laundering requirements, including obtaining clear results via Call ML and producing standard letters to clients requesting proof of identification.
  • Develop strong relationships with existing and prospective clients through effective communication and quoting for new matters.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a busy Residential Conveyancing Unit is advantageous, but not essential as full training will be provided.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a confident telephone manner.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
