Job Summary

Metro Rod is seeking a skilled Drainage Specialist to join our team in the Oxfordshire area. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing a range of emergency and contracted services to both commercial and domestic customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carrying out a range of services associated with the cleaning, clearance, repair and maintenance of our customers' drains
  • Operation of High-Pressure Water Jetting Equipment in line with rigorous safety standards
  • Carrying out surveys to identify and resolve drainage issues
  • Providing an exceptional standard of customer service and technical expertise
  • Accurately recording work/job details via a range of bespoke internal/client systems and applications
  • Communicating effectively with high-profile commercial and domestic clients and Metro Rod Support Centre colleagues to ensure excellent customer service is provided at all times
  • Participating in an on-call rota to help service our clients 24/7/365 days a year

Requirements

  • High-pressure water jetting and confined spaces experience
  • Surveying experience
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in commercial drainage
  • Excellent problem-solving ability with sound technical knowledge
  • Positive, flexible, can-do attitude
  • Willingness to work some unsociable hours
  • Full UK driving license
  • Residency in the Oxfordshire area
