Automotive Mechanic Specialist

As an experienced Vehicle Technician, you will join our busy BMW and MINI dealership in Canterbury. You must be flexible, focused, and a great team player with a positive attitude.
With a minimum of 3 years' mechanical experience, either in an independent garage or a premium brand, training will be provided for the right candidate. You will work Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 17:00 and 1 in 4 Saturdays from 8:00 to 13:00.
Salary and Benefits
This role offers an estimated annual salary of £45,000 (OTE), plus a joining bonus of £500 after initial probation and another £500 after completing 12 months of employment. Additional benefits include 32 days of annual holiday, a welcome pack, company induction, discounted servicing, and industry-leading manufacturer training including Electrification.

As a skilled Vehicle Technician, you will diagnose and repair vehicles efficiently, maintaining high-quality standards. Key skills and qualifications include a full UK driving license for manual and automatic vehicles, a minimum Level 2 in Light Vehicle Maintenance, and excellent problem-solving abilities.
