About the Role
As a Senior Commercial Estimator at Turner & Townsend, you will be responsible for delivering successful cost assurance commissions on behalf of our clients. This involves working with a diverse team of backgrounds and skillsets, leading and aiding junior members to facilitate their development and growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Review construction contractor systems, controls, and processes to provide a view on their ways of working.
- Analyze and understand complex construction contracts (NEC3/4/ICE Bespoke).
- Perform testing of data and information using smart techniques and tools such as data visualization and trend/pattern analysis - PowerBi/Tableau.
- Foster good quality working relationships with clients and those being reviewed built around trust and professionalism.

Requirements
The ideal candidate will have previous experience or a sound understanding of assurance or audit in a construction, commercial, or accountancy setting. Additionally, they should possess knowledge of construction industry technical matters, contract management, assessment of accuracy and entitlement to cost, change management and forecast control, data analysis, report writing, people and organizational management, presentation skills, and professional skepticism.

We offer an estimated salary range of £70,000 - £90,000 depending on experience.
