Costs Draftsperson

A renowned and award-winning international commercial law firm is seeking an experienced Costs Draftsperson within their Costs Health department. The firm provides counsel and strategic direction, from non-contentious advisory and transactional work to all types of commercial litigation.

**Role and Responsibilities**

The firm offers the ability to work out of offices in Liverpool, London or Manchester. The workload will be defendant focused, relating to costs estimates within high court disputes, arbitration, and multi-track. This will consist of drafting, scheduling, bills of costs/ budgets, preparing costs submissions and negotiating to settlement. There may also be a requirement for some advocacy work.
