Job Title: Registered Nurse (Nights)

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Dalton Court, a purpose-built care home providing a friendly and companionable place to live for older people requiring general or specialist dementia nursing care.

About the Role:

  • As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to our residents, working collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes.
  • You will have significant previous nursing experience in older people's care homes and demonstrate a true commitment to your own personal development and the development of your wider team.

Requirements:

  • RGN Qualified & NMC (Nursing & Midwifery Council) Registered
  • Previous older people's care experience is desirable but not essential
  • Caring & compassionate with an excellent clinical track record
  • Passionate about delivering outstanding care to older people
  • Excellent organisation & leadership skills
  • Effective communication skills
  • Flexible, professional, and committed to being the best
  • Quality driven with a desire to continually improve yourself & our services
