Job Opportunity for a Registered Nurse

Jupiter Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team in a purpose-built care home providing exceptional care for older people requiring general or specialist dementia nursing care.

About the Role

As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for:

  • Assessing the needs of residents and identifying priorities of care
  • Administering medication and treatments within the NMC guidelines and company's medication policy
  • Ensuring that residents' care plans are completed and maintained in conjunction with residents, relatives, and other healthcare professionals
  • Reporting any ill-health amongst residents and making requests for GP/professional visits where necessary

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must be a qualified Registered Nurse with a current active NMC Pin. Previous older people's care experience is desirable but not essential. We are looking for a caring and compassionate individual with excellent clinical skills and a passion for delivering outstanding care to older people.
