Our Dalton Court care home offers a warm and welcoming environment for older adults requiring general or specialist dementia nursing care. We strive to create a sense of community and companionship, ensuring our residents feel valued and respected.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality nursing care to older adults with complex needs
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver person-centered care
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance clinical skills and knowledge
  • Contribute to the development of care plans and service improvements
Requirements:
  • RGN qualified and NMC registered
  • Previous experience in older adults care is desirable but not essential
  • Caring and compassionate with an excellent clinical track record
  • Passionate about delivering outstanding care to older adults
  • Excellent organization and leadership skills
  • Effective communication skills
  • Flexible, professional, and committed to excellence
