Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to provide exceptional patient care in a dynamic clinical environment. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, administering medications and treatments, and collaborating with colleagues to create individualized care plans.
Responsibilities
- Deliver patient-centered care with empathy and professionalism, prioritizing patient needs and well-being.
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with prescribed guidelines, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
- Monitor and evaluate patients' conditions, including vital signs and symptoms, to inform care decisions.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans, addressing patient needs and goals.
- Educate patients and their families on health management strategies and treatment protocols, promoting patient empowerment and self-care.
Requirements
- Possess a valid Nursing license and registration, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Exhibit excellent communication skills, effectively interacting with patients, colleagues, and other healthcare professionals.
- Demonstrate proficiency in patient care, medication administration, and anatomy knowledge, staying up-to-date with industry developments.
- Display the ability to thrive in a fast-paced clinical setting, prioritizing tasks and managing workload effectively.
- Prior experience in a similar role is advantageous, but not mandatory, as we provide comprehensive training and support.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £20.00-£20.50 per hour
