A&E Nurse

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to provide exceptional patient care in a dynamic clinical environment. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, administering medications and treatments, and collaborating with colleagues to create individualized care plans.

Responsibilities

1. Deliver patient-centered care with empathy and professionalism, prioritizing patient needs and well-being.
2. Administer medications and treatments in accordance with prescribed guidelines, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
3. Monitor and evaluate patients' conditions, including vital signs and symptoms, to inform care decisions.
4. Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans, addressing patient needs and goals.
5. Educate patients and their families on health management strategies and treatment protocols, promoting patient empowerment and self-care.

Requirements

1. Possess a valid Nursing license and registration, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
2. Exhibit excellent communication skills, effectively interacting with patients, colleagues, and other healthcare professionals.
3. Demonstrate proficiency in patient care, medication administration, and anatomy knowledge, staying up-to-date with industry developments.
4. Display the ability to thrive in a fast-paced clinical setting, prioritizing tasks and managing workload effectively.
5. Prior experience in a similar role is advantageous, but not mandatory, as we provide comprehensive training and support.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £20.00-£20.50 per hour
