About the Role

We are seeking an experienced NPD Customer Relations Manager to join our client's team in Killinchy. As a key member of the Product Development team, you will be responsible for working directly with customers to drive innovation and ensure successful product launches.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and preferences
  • Conduct benchmarking and market research to inform product development decisions
  • Utilize market data to drive product launches and ensure longevity
  • Ensure the NPD process is running smoothly and efficiently
  • Manage customer relationships and ensure effective communication
Requirements
  • 3 years' experience in New Product Development within a Food Manufacturing environment
  • Ability to communicate and present ideas clearly and positively
  • Degree or HND in Food Science/Technology, Food Nutrition and Health, or Food Safety and Quality Management
  • Meticulous attention to detail, particularly with regard to food hygiene and safety
  • Able to work to tight deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Innovative thinking and ability to make changes for improvement
