We are seeking an experienced Product Development Manager to join our team at Black Fox Solutions. As an NPD Customer Relations Manager, you will be responsible for working directly with customers in Product Development, driving innovation in the FMCG category, and ensuring the smooth execution of new product launches.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with customers to understand their product development needs and preferences
- Conduct benchmarking and market research to inform product development decisions
- Utilize market data to aid in successful product launches and longevity
- Ensure the NPD process is running smoothly for new products
- Maintain accurate site documents and records
- Manage customer relationships and communicate effectively with internal stakeholders
Requirements:
- 3 years of experience in New Product Development within a Food Manufacturing environment
- Ability to communicate and present ideas clearly and positively
- Degree or HND in Food Science/Technology, Food Nutrition and Health, or Food Safety and Quality Management
- Meticulous attention to detail, particularly in food hygiene and safety
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and think innovatively
