Black Fox Solutions is seeking a highly skilled R&D Manager to lead our product innovation efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and driving innovation across our product line, working closely with our MD and R&D team. Key responsibilities include:

* Leading the R&D team in developing and maintaining key customer relationships through a detailed understanding of their processing capabilities and specific requirements.

* Creating and developing new products that are commercially profitable to the business and the customer/end user.

* Generating innovative products and processes, and managing implementation from concept to launch, including preparing initial costings and formulating recipes for new and existing products.

* Supporting customers with trials, product presentations, and facilitating communication with relevant departments.

* Being the primary point of contact for all technical or customer-related projects, issues, or concerns.

We are looking for a candidate with a 3rd-level education in a food-related discipline, ideally with management experience. The ideal candidate will have experience within a similar role, with an excitement and interest in cooking and experimenting with food. They will also be able to manage key customer relationships and demonstrate commercial acumen, as well as leadership and cultural change management skills.
