About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced PACS Manager to join our team at Medway NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our Radiology Department, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of our PACS and RIS equipment, ensuring seamless workflow, archiving, and auto-routing of medical images.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the PACS team in ensuring the smooth operation of our imaging systems
  • Collaborate with department managers and supervisors to resolve complex errors and exceptions
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve workflow and efficiency
  • Provide training and support to staff on PACS and RIS systems

Requirements

  • Degree in Diagnostic Radiography or equivalent
  • Registered with the HCPC
  • Post-graduate training in clinical and management areas
  • Proven experience at Senior Radiographer level
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
