Job Title: Private Client Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Private Client Manager to join our team. As a Private Client Manager, you will be responsible for managing a small portfolio of high-profile clients, providing them with exceptional service and expert advice.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Relationship Management: Manage and nurture relationships with a portfolio of high-profile clients, providing them with personalized service and expert advice.
  • Travel Arrangements: Plan, book, and coordinate all aspects of client travel and lifestyle arrangements, including itinerary planning, booking, and other services.
  • Expert Advice: Provide expert advice on luxury travel and lifestyle options, including destinations, accommodations, and activities.
  • Client Needs and Preferences: Anticipate client needs and preferences, offering tailored recommendations and solutions to exceed their expectations.
  • Professionalism and Discretion: Maintain the highest standards of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality in all interactions with clients.
Requirements:
  • Experience: At least 3 years of upscale travel management and/or lifestyle/concierge experience.
  • Passion for Service: A passion for delivering exceptional service and exceeding client expectations.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with high-profile clients.
  • Proactivity and Flexibility: A proactive and flexible approach, with the ability to handle multiple requests and deadlines.
  • Professionalism and Discretion: A high level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
  • Luxury Knowledge: An understanding of the world of ultra-luxury and the ability to provide expert advice on luxury travel and lifestyle options.
