The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our team of care staff, ensuring high-quality care, and maintaining the safety and well-being of the children in our care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of care staff to deliver outstanding care.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain accurate records.
  • Promote a culture of safeguarding and ensure all safeguarding procedures are followed.
  • Collaborate with external agencies to deliver the best possible outcomes for children.

Requirements:

  • A Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or equivalent qualification.
  • Proven experience in a senior management role within a children's home or similar care setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
