Band 6 Community Mental Health Practitioner

We are seeking a highly motivated Band 6 Community Mental Health Practitioner to join our experienced clinicians in providing therapeutic input, managing risk, and multi-agency working.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Undertake mental health assessments and provide interventions to address the needs of children and young people.
  • Work with children and young people who present with clinical risk, using evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
  • Collaborate with other professionals to provide a range of services, including assessment, therapy, family work, and group work.

Requirements:

  • Core profession in Social Work, Nursing, or Allied Health Professional.
  • Professional registration with a recognised national body (HCPC, NMC, Social Work England).
  • Nationally recognised post-qualification continuous professional development related to the core profession.
