Maintenance Engineer

Casepak, a leading circular economy specialist, is seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join its experienced team at the CPF site in Enderby, Leicestershire. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our fixed plants, working Monday to Friday with alternate Saturday morning shifts.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Perform scheduled, servicing, and inspections to a high standard.
  2. Carry out reactive maintenance and problem-solving tasks.
  3. Diagnose and rectify faults efficiently.
  4. Conduct welding and fabricating tasks as required.
  5. Participate in internal and external training programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements

  1. Hold a valid UK Driver's License.
  2. Possess a relevant qualification in engineering.
  3. Have excellent working knowledge of mechanical machinery.
  4. Be able to diagnose and rectify faults effectively.
  5. Demonstrate a positive attitude and ability to work within standard repair times.
  6. Have a good understanding of health and safety and electrical systems.
  7. Be able to work independently or as part of a team with a flexible approach.

Job Details

  1. Job Type: Full-time, Permanent.
  2. Pay: £18.52-£37.04 per hour.
  3. Benefits: Company pension, free parking, on-site parking.
  4. Schedule: Day shift.

Requirements and Qualifications

  1. Heavy Engineering experience (1 year preferred).
  2. UK Driver's License (preferred).
  3. NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Engineering (preferred).
