Maintenance Engineer

Engineering @ 365 Ltd is seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team. As a Maintenance Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and upkeep of our client's facilities and equipment.
Job Description:As a Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairing machinery and systems to minimize downtime and maintain optimal productivity. Your duties will include:
- Conducting routine inspections and preventive maintenance tasks on machinery, equipment, and systems to identify and address potential issues before they escalate.
- Diagnosing mechanical, electrical, and other technical problems using diagnostic tools and equipment.
- Collaborating with production and operations teams to prioritize maintenance tasks and minimize disruptions to production schedules.
- Maintaining accurate maintenance records, including work orders, maintenance logs, and equipment history.
- Assisting in the installation, commissioning, and testing of new equipment and machinery as needed.
- Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe working environment for all employees.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Relevant qualifications in Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Electrical qualifications such as 17th or 18th Edition Wiring Regulations.
- Proven experience working as a Maintenance Engineer or similar role in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude with proficiency in troubleshooting and repair techniques.
- Familiarity with preventive maintenance software and maintenance management systems.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and overtime as needed.
