Job Title: Logistics Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Logistics Coordinator to join our team at Halliburton Energy Services. As a Logistics Coordinator, you will play a critical role in planning and implementing the complete domestic logistics cycle, ensuring that goods are delivered to customers on time and in compliance with local and international regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Plan and implement domestic logistics cycles to ensure timely delivery of goods to customers.
  2. Optimize domestic movements to minimize costs and maximize efficiency.
  3. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with local and international regulations.
  4. Organize and coordinate client inspections and vendor inspections of equipment prior to loading out.
  5. Compile and maintain certified supplier data, internal data, and other required technical documents.
  6. Communicate with internal and external stakeholders on all logistics matters.
  7. Participate in on-call rota on a 1 in 3 basis.
Requirements:
  • Experience in logistics or supply chain management.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge of local and international regulations related to logistics and supply chain management.
