Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Delivery Manager to join our team on a fixed-term contract. As a key member of our Operations team, you will lead a team of specialized contractors in delivering property maintenance projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of specialized contractors in delivering property maintenance projects, focusing on annual maintenance plans, internal pipe work upgrades, doors, roofs, and window replacements.
  • Develop and implement effective project management strategies to ensure timely completion and within budget.
  • Collaborate with the Operations Manager to identify and mitigate risks to the Housing association.
  • Plan, track, and forecast income and expenditure against relevant budgets to deliver a value-for-money service.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in leading a team of specialized contractors in delivering property maintenance projects.
  • Excellent knowledge of compliance requirements and industry standards.
  • Ability to develop and implement effective project management strategies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
