We are seeking a highly motivated Financial Administrator to join our dynamic team at Badger Group, a social enterprise that works with key stakeholders including NHS Trusts, local authorities, local Councillors & MPs and GPs to deliver best patient care.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to support the finance function, reporting to the Finance Manager. The ideal candidate will have sound knowledge and understanding of basic accounting procedures, with substantial experience in preparing and processing payroll using SAGE Line 50 and SAGE Payroll.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Pension administration and holiday pay calculations.
  2. Be aware of duties performed by other team members to enable adequate cover during holiday/absence.
  3. Any other associated administration duties to support the finance function.

The salary for this role is £37.00 per annum (dependent on experience), plus an NHS pension. If you are a self-sufficient, proactive and adaptable individual with excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply.
