## Deputy Home Manager Job Opportunity

We are seeking an exceptional Deputy Home Manager to join our team at a leading healthcare provider. As a Deputy Home Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing the day-to-day operations of our nursing and residential care home, ensuring the highest possible standards of care and resident experience.

### Key Responsibilities

* Lead and inspire the team to deliver exceptional care and experiences to residents, promoting choice and independence
* Achieve the highest possible standards of care, adhering to company policies, regulations, and care plans
* Work with the Home Manager to implement care home policies and develop an excellent reputation
* Develop personal relationships with residents, their relatives, and visitors to enhance their quality of life
* Deputise in the overall management of the care home, including production of reports, budgets, and Quality of Life monitoring
* Ensure the health, safety, and welfare of yourself and others, including colleagues, residents, and visitors

### Preferred Skills and Experience

* Experience of managing a team, ensuring all staff are supervised appropriately and rotas are in place
* Experienced in quality and clinical governance programmes, including audit and care services
* Able to support and guide others in line with the NMC Code
* Experienced in working in the healthcare sector
* Driven and motivated, with a passion for quality care
