Front of House Supervisor Opportunity

As a Front of House Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in supporting the management team to maintain the high standards of our lounges. Your key responsibility will be to lead a team of front-of-house staff, ensuring that every customer leaves satisfied and eager to return. This involves setting a high pace for the team, delivering excellent service, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

What We're Looking For

  • You are likely an existing Supervisor, Team Leader, or an exceptional front-of-house team member with a background in restaurants, bars, cafes, or coffee shops.
  • You will have experience of working in a bar environment, serving freshly made food and drinks, and preparing food and drinks to a high standard.
  • A natural talent and passion for hospitality are essential for this role, as you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience.
  • You will be extremely driven and relentless in overcoming challenges or obstacles, ensuring that you can maintain a high level of service even in difficult circumstances.
  • Good literacy skills and excellent attention to detail are required to support reporting on KPIs and maintaining accurate records.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to build rapport and trust with customers and colleagues are essential for this role.
  • You will be a self-motivator, working at pace with limited supervision, while adhering to pressure and timescales.
  • Strong knowledge of best practice in sales building, sales and labour forecasts, paperwork and reporting, recruitment and HR, and NPS is required for this role.
