Accounts Payable Officer

We are seeking a detail-oriented and finance-passionate professional to join our dynamic team as an Accounts Payable Officer. As a key member of our payables team, you will play a critical role in supporting the smooth operation of day-to-day activities and handling various key processes and projects that keep our finance team running efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process invoices, credit notes, student refunds, and employee expenses using Inspyrus and Oracle
  • Create automated payment runs, initiate ad hoc payments, and perform daily bank reconciliations
  • Reconcile supplier statements, intercompany reconciliations, and support the month-end process
  • Maintain supplier records and ensure accurate and timely payment processing
Requirements:
  • Experience in accounts payable roles, preferably in a global, multi-currency organization
  • Knowledge and understanding of professional accounting principles and practices
  • Computer literacy skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Experience in using accounting-specific software, such as Oracle and OCR
