Recovery Specialist

Service Care Solutions - Healthcare is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Recovery Practitioner to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals struggling with drug and alcohol addiction.
Key Responsibilities:- Build Meaningful Relationships: Establish trust with young people aged 8-25, providing guidance and support to help them overcome challenges.
- Provide Expert Advice: Offer information and resources to young people and their families, empowering them to make informed decisions about their lives.
- Manage Caseload: Carry a caseload of young people and young adults, conducting assessments, care planning, and interventions to promote positive change.
- Engage with Communities: Collaborate with schools, colleges, and local community venues to engage with young people and their families, promoting a supportive environment for growth and development.
- Experience in Substance Misuse: Proven experience working within the substance misuse field, with a strong understanding of the complexities involved.
- Teamwork and Community Engagement: Ability to work effectively with colleagues and engage with diverse communities, fostering strong relationships and promoting a sense of belonging.
- Group Work and Delivery: Experience in delivering group work and community-based programs, with a focus on empowering young people and their families.
