Job Opportunity
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our Toyota Dealership in Coventry. As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
- Maximize sales opportunities through effective prospecting, follow-up calls, and in-bound telephone enquiries.
- Meet and exceed monthly KPIs for unit sales, profit per unit, finance penetration, and add-on products.
- Ensure accurate collection of customer contact and vehicle data to maintain a high-quality customer database.
About You
- You will have a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a similar role.
- You will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
- You will be a team player, with a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn and develop your skills.
- You will hold a valid UK driver's license and have a passion for the automotive industry.
