Job Introduction
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Car Sales Executive to join our Toyota Dealership in Coventry. As a Sales Executive with Listers, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
- Maximise sales opportunities through effective prospecting, follow-up calls, and in-bound telephone enquiries.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets, including unit sales, profit per unit, finance penetration, and add-on products.
- Ensure accurate collection and management of customer contact and vehicle data to maintain a high-quality customer database.
About You
- You will have a proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding customer expectations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Valid UK driving licence and a passion for the automotive industry.
