Job Opportunity
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our Toyota Dealership in Coventry. As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
- Maximize sales opportunities through effective prospecting, follow-up calls, and in-bound telephone enquiries.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets, focusing on unit sales, profit per unit, finance penetration, and add-on products.
- Ensure accurate collection and management of customer contact and vehicle data, adhering to FCA and data protection regulations.
About You
- You will have a proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding customer expectations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Valid UK driving license and a passion for the automotive industry.
- Previous experience in sales, retail management, or a related field is preferred but not essential, as full training will be provided.
