Job Title: Service Delivery Engineer

Location: Cheltenham

We are seeking a Service Delivery Engineer to join our team at Redline Group Ltd. As a key member of our technical services team, you will provide first-line technical support, installation and commissioning, and technical training to customers.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Providing technical support and assistance to customers via phone, email, and on-site visits
  • Ensuring timely and effective resolution of technical issues
  • Delivering high-quality technical training and knowledge transfer to customers
  • Conducting field trials and demonstrations of traffic management systems

The estimated salary for this position is £45,000-£60,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also receive enhanced overtime pay, a company car (electric or petrol), and profit share.

  • Strong technical knowledge and experience in traffic management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to travel and work varied hours
