Senior National Account Manager

Are you a seasoned professional with a passion for driving growth in the grocery sector? We're seeking an experienced Senior National Account Manager to join our team at YF Recruitment.
This is a fantastic opportunity to lead the growth of a leading plant-based food brand in the UK grocery market. As a Senior National Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing key retail relationships to expand product ranges and launch new products into the market.
Our client is a highly respected brand across Europe, known for innovation and a commitment to excellence. They offer a dynamic and supportive work environment, with a strong focus on teamwork and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive growth in the grocery sector
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key retailers, including buyers, category managers, and online teams
- Work closely with the Brand Manager to ensure effective brand representation and ROI
- Identify new business opportunities and communicate effectively across all levels
Requirements:
- Proven experience in account management, preferably in the food/drink industry
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Financial and commercial acumen, with a data-driven approach
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
