Our Asset Management and Technical Services team is seeking a skilled Project Manager to join us on a permanent basis in Kent. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for assisting in the delivery of projects, supporting the management and performance of projects through their full lifecycle, and contributing to the design and delivery of estimates for market-leading projects. Your expertise will be essential in providing solutions to market challenges with the support of industry-leading knowledge and skillsets within the business.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Project liaison from enquiry stage to final acceptance and documentation
  • Meeting with clients to discuss specific requirements and carry out site surveys as required
  • Instructing, directing, controlling, and allocating work to Trade Operatives & Apprentices, with attention to quality, productivity, and safety
  • Overseeing design aspects of projects from inception to implementation
  • Ensuring compliance with Client specifications and current regulatory standards
  • Assembling contract works information documents
  • Considering project health and safety, quality, and environmental matters
  • Implementing project change control and programme requirements
