About the Role

The Key Account Manager will be a trusted partner to our core customers, building multi-level relationships with key stakeholders to drive above-market growth. Leveraging our unique differentiated products, brand position, and powerful business model, this team member will become an instrumental conduit with key industry partners to help ITW Offsite Segment exceed its growth revenue targets and contribute to innovation insights for future success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver top-line revenue targets by strategically protecting the profitability of the business and leveraging our unique multi-brand offsite solution.
  • Foster effective relationships with all relevant stakeholders, internal and external, to ensure we are a built-in supplier and partner to their businesses.
  • Act as a conduit for our business to interact at every level with these accounts, ensuring we deliver the very best customer service to our most important accounts.
  • Pro-actively seek new market opportunities to grow ITW's business, utilising an entrepreneurial and aggressive growth mindset to accelerate and execute data-driven opportunities for new business and product basket expansions.
  • Learn and deliver our Value Propositions on products, software, and brand, utilising our extensive differentiation to drive best-in-class margins and positions.
  • Identify and feedback customer pain points for new product innovation pipeline, contributing insights from customers and working with Product teams to drive longer-term projects forward via our customers.

Qualifications

  • Evidence of strategic Key Account Management within current or previous positions.
  • A proven record in growing sales and profitability.
  • Proven ability to network and build strong professional relationships.
  • Ability to deliver results, say 'no' and drive simplicity in the business, and collaborate in nature to achieve goals through influence not force.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong presentation skills.
  • Good computer skills with a strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong commercial business acumen and ability to be flexible and adaptable in a changing environment.
