About the Role
Vetisco is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Veterinary Nurse to take on a Clinical Lead role within our team. As a Clinical Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of clinical standards are maintained, and patients receive the best possible care.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of Veterinary Nurses to ensure excellent patient care and high-quality clinical standards.
- Develop and implement clinical protocols and procedures to improve patient outcomes and staff efficiency.
- Collaborate with the Head Vet to ensure seamless communication and coordination of clinical activities.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior Veterinary Nurses and Student Veterinary Nurses.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of the Nursing Career Framework to support career progression and development.
Requirements
- Advanced qualifications in Veterinary Nursing, such as a Clinical Coach qualification.
- Proven experience in a leadership role, with a track record of improving clinical standards and patient outcomes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective solutions.
- Passion for mentoring and coaching, with a desire to support the development of junior Veterinary Nurses.
