  • Oversee the maintenance and use of our state-of-the-art equipment, ensuring the clinic continues to evolve with the latest veterinary practices and technologies.
  • Participate in the clinical work, performing nurse consultations, monitoring anaesthetics, assisting in surgery, and managing in-patient care.
  • Ensure accurate record-keeping and compliance with practice protocols.
  • Work closely with the Customer Service Manager overseeing all three practices in the region to ensure client satisfaction and smooth practice operations.
  • Play a key role in maintaining a positive, team-oriented environment, focusing on both the wellbeing of the staff and the animals under your care.

Requirements:

  • Proven leadership experience or a desire to step into a management role within a busy practice.
  • Strong mentoring and coaching skills, particularly in working with student nurses.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with the veterinary team and provide excellent client care.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage a busy and varied caseload, including ECC.
  • Passionate about animal welfare and delivering high-quality care.
  • Willingness to embrace new technologies and contribute to the continuous improvement of the practice.

Benefits:

  • Competitive salary of up to £36,000 (Depending on Experience).
  • Company Pension scheme.
  • Generous CPD allowance and full support for pursuing further qualifications and Certificates.
  • Cycle to Work Scheme to promote a healthy lifestyle.
  • Employee Discount on veterinary services and products.
  • Regular Company Events to support team bonding and staff well-being.
  • Access to a comprehensive Wellness Programme, offering support for mental and physical health.
