Job Title: Clinical Nurse Advisor - Lead Medicine Registered Veterinary Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Nurse Advisor to join our team as a Lead Medicine Registered Veterinary Nurse. As a key member of our nursing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and leading the delivery of outstanding nursing services within the medicine department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide clinical leadership and guidance to the nursing team
  • Develop and implement nursing strategies to improve patient outcomes
  • Collaborate with the Head of Nursing Services and other senior leaders to drive nursing excellence
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching and development opportunities for team members
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest nursing practices and research to ensure the highest standards of care
