Account Development Manager

Frasers Group is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Sales Executive to join our team at Coventry Building Society Arena.
As a Senior Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and delivering exceptional customer service.
The estimated salary for this role is around £45,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
You will be working closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets, generate leads, and manage key accounts.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure a continuous flow of sales revenue.
- Monitor competitors' sales activities and identify opportunities to gain a competitive edge.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Sales experience within a client-focused sales (or telesales) role with similar target levels or the potential to grow into this role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A professional and confident telephone manner.
