Job Description

**Electrical Project Engineering Manager**

Our client, a leading organization in the industry, is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Engineering Manager to join their team. As a key member of the project management team, you will be responsible for leading the electrical aspects of major nuclear decommissioning projects.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Lead and manage technical teams on various electrical engineering projects, including new installations, upgrades, de-planting, temporary works, equipment relocation, and service diversions.
  • Ensure timely delivery of EC&I designs and related engineering work by managing supplier performance.
  • Oversee all project phases, including scoping, feasibility, requirements capture, design, construction support, commissioning, and handover.
  • Identify and manage technical and delivery risks throughout the project lifecycle.

**Requirements:**

  • Degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
  • At least 10 years in Electrical or EC&I engineering.
  • Expertise in managing and coordinating technical work by contractors or sub-contractors.
  • Proficiency in digital engineering tools (BIM, 3D CAD, etc).
  • APM Project Management Qualification (desirable).
  • Nuclear design and build experience (desirable).
