Our ideal candidate will provide professional companionship services to our clients, promoting independence and enhancing their quality of life.
Key Responsibilities:
- Offer companionship and conversation to our clients
- Monitor diet and eating habits
- Provide medication reminders
- Stimulate and encourage through various activities
- Arrange appointments, activities, and outings
- Organize mail and write letters
- Assist with walking and provide support
- Accompany clients to appointments and social events
Home Help Services
Our candidate will also provide home help services, including running errands, collecting prescriptions, and assisting with light housekeeping and laundry.
Personal Care Services
Additionally, our ideal candidate will provide personal care services, including helping with bathing, dressing, and grooming, as well as assisting with continence care and providing dementia/Alzheimer's care.
Qualifications
No formal qualifications are required, but a good understanding of communication skills and empathy towards our clients is essential. We will provide professional training in our branch in Luton to support our candidate's growth and development.
