We are seeking a highly organized and caring individual to join our team as a Hospitality Assistant at Adel Manor Care Centre. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing an efficient food service to residents and visitors, maintaining a clean working environment in the dining room, and serving food and beverages as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure a high standard of hospitality service is provided to residents and visitors.
  • Support and assist visitors as needed.
  • Inform the Chef of any individual requirements of residents.
  • Follow cleaning schedules and procedures as per company HACCP.
  • Ensure all training given is adhered to.
  • Record and report any incidents or issues as necessary.
  • Take responsibility for promoting the welfare of adults in the care of the post holder.

Requirements:

  • Hospitality or catering experience is desirable.
  • Previous experience working in a care setting is desirable.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with other members of the team.
  • Prepared to participate in activities organized in the Home.
