Onsite Mental Health Support Professional

This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals and families. As an Onsite Mental Health Support Professional, you will be responsible for providing direct support and interventions, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, and contributing to service development.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelors or Masters level counselling qualification
- Current accreditation status with a relevant professional body
- Experience working with psychological health and workplace issues
- 400 hours therapeutic delivery post-qualification
Skills and Attributes: Ability to prioritize tasks, multi-task, and work in a time-pressured environment, build robust relationships, communicate effectively, and manage risk effectively.
Salary: Estimated salary £50,000 - £60,000 per year based on experience and qualifications.
Location: Onsite in London, possibility of travel to Birmingham or Milton Keynes approximately once a month.
